Akron cruises to quarterfinal victory over Bowling Green

Akron’s men’s basketball team defeated Bowling Green 96-67 to progress to the MAC tournament semifinals. The Zips were led by Bowen Hardman with 17 points while Seth Wilson chipped in 15 as multiple players hit double digits. Bowling Green’s Marcus Johnson led all scorers with 23 points while adding 7 rebounds to go with it as the Falcons end their season at 14-18.
