The #2 express overcome a slow start

2/11/23. A sluggish start by Owens’ was compounded by a solid first quarter effort by Cuyahoga. After one quarter the Express trailed by 3 points but exploded for a 24-1 second quarter advantage to take a commanding 37-17 lead enroute to an 80-43 win. The Express had four players in double figures led by Brooklyn Green’s 18 and Camryn Ivy’s 14 points (9 rebounds). Owens improves to 17-5 overall & 10-1 OCCAC while Cuyahoga falls to 9-13 & 0-8 in the league.
