Manchester is no match for bluffton

On a rainy homecoming day, the Beavers of Bluffton made quick work of the Manchester University Spartans 50-12. Xavier Reyero (18-31 for 282 and 3 td’s) opened up the scoring with a 31-yard pass to Niegel Payne {6 catches for 124 yds a td). Todd King (25 carries for 109 and 2 td’s) ran for two consecutive scores before Duriel Moss Jr. scored on a 23-yard pass from Trevor O’brien II (130yds passing with 2 td’s) making the score 22-6. Both teams traded scores before the end of the half and went into the locker rooms with Bluffton leading 29-12. The second half was all Bluffton with the Beavers scoring three more touchdowns to make the final difference of 38 points. Bluffton improves to 2-5 (HCAC 1-3), while Manchester falls to 0-7 (HCAC 0-4).
