Ohio Northern’s Jordan Pettaway’s career day nine carries for 148yds rushing and 3 touchdowns led a ground attack that racked up 296yds on the day. Backfield mate Louis Blasiole added to the rushing total by running for 135yds. Defensively the Polar Bears forced six turnovers including a pick six by Cooper Braden which was one of his two interceptions on the day. Otterbein’s freshman quarterback Cayden Lassiter put forth a solid effort in their defeat by throwing for 117yds and a score while adding 73yds on the ground. Otterbein falls to 0-9 overall (0-8 OAC) while Ohio Northern improves to 3-6 (3-5 OAC).
