Zips are NCAA Tournament bound

Late game heroics by Akron’s Nate Johnson sends the Zips to the NCAA tournament. Johnson who scored 22 points in the game layed the ball in with two seconds left to give Akron the 76-74 win over the Miami Redhawks. Miami was led by Peter Suder’s game high 24 points, but it wasn’t enough as Akron squeaked by them for the win.
